Felix may seem like a stray, wandering the street and making friends with the people who are nice to him, but he has a home and he's well cared for. That much is probably obvious from the cute little mane he wears as he trots around. But there's no collar or tag to indicate where he belongs. In truth, he has an apartment all to himself, left to him by the little old lady who used to look after him. Felix is capable of looking after himself, for sure, but when it starts raining? He's going scamper up the first lady he sees and meow pitifully for help. Meow, meow, meow!
