Elyas would sooner burn the little seaside village down around them than allow a single person to cast even an ounce of suspicion on his love. Though he would love to bring a little more of his daylight activities to Laurent through more than just words, he would never even think of putting his Laurent in harm's way like that. No, he'll just have to wait until there's a safer way to reintroduce Laurent to the daytime. Elyas is often an impatient little thing, but he will wait when it comes to Laurent.
Smile brightening as he looks up at his wondrous vampire again. "Oh I just knew you would find him appealing! Come!" He walks a little faster, gently tugging the vampire along by the arm until they reach the small gathering of humans. "Piero?" he says into the small crowd, as though he doesn't know which one is theirs already. Elyas could've picked him out by scent, alone. Though there's also the scent of lightly flowered soap as well, he can't quite be rid of the earthy smells. They're very much a part of him now and will be until his end.
The sandy haired man turns and his eyes grow wide, cheeks flushing a light pink. Elyas beams up at Laurent. "Ah, he remembers me!" He remembers the kiss the fox tried to steal from him, more like. His smile turns a little more gentle and his expression, perfectly innocent, as his attention returns to the human. Oh how wonderful. He is taller than either the fox or his vampire. Elyas was right! He reaches out for Piero's wrist and leads his lovers - both temporary and eternal - away from the crowd. Not far though. Not enough to make the shy man uncomfortable. "Laurent, my heart, this is the man I told you about. His name is Piero."
