One would imagine that if one creature was to tire of the other, it would have long since happened by now. They've been together long enough, now, that they well know the ins and outs of each other, personality quirks and eccentricities. They know enough about each other than it could be assumed they'd know if they could be together until the end of time.
Elyas knows that they'll be together until the sun burns out of the sky, casting both the fox and his beloved vampire into eternal darkness. In the end, they don't need anything but each other, after all.
Taking one last look over the vast, inky sea as though he may never return to see it again (ah, Laurent truly did choose the perfect location), Elyas turns to start toward the door, gently tugging Laurent along with him. Oh this promises to be a wonderful night. A serene walk under the moon and stars with his enchanting vampire, perhaps sitting down on the shore wrapped in each other's arms. Elyas will show Laurent where the field is wildflowers is, even if they've tucked themselves away for the night (if only he were able to coax one into waking up for him so that Laurent might see just how pretty they are!).
They'll also get to meet the locals. He'll get to introduce Laurent to all of the lovely people he's managed to charm with his cute smile and bright personality. Some of the older ones seem to have already become completely enamored with him over the last few days. They're always so easy to get for the fresh-faced fox. It's adorable, actually. "You'll love them, Laurent! I think they should still be out. It's still early enough. If not, I'll make sure to bring them out to you." His kind have no restrictions on entering homes, after all.
"I'll leave it up to you to pick someone for us to get to know better."
