"I'm willing to bet it's a lot more comfortable than a pullout bed," he agreed with a nod. James followed suit in taking off his shoes, setting them neatly by the door. He didn't care so much about shoes being off in his home (Malory never took them off!), but he was more respectful of others' space. Plus, he wasn't going to need them soon.
