Janus knows unnatural movement when he feels it, not that he doesn't think a normal person wouldn't have been able to figure out that getting from point A to point B in about 3 seconds isn't natural, but it sends a thrill down his spine all the same. He clings to Matt tighter and lets out a squeaky, delighted laugh as everything moves around them so very fast. When his feet land on solid ground again and Matt gives him that cheeky little ta da Janus finally opens his eyes to look around him.
It's a really nice place. He especially loves the skylights giving a beautiful view of the sky and stars outside, but there are more pressing matters at hand. Janus tips his chin up and grins at Matt, poking him in the center of his chest. "Show off. You could have just mentioned the part where you're not human, you know."
Well, okay, maybe he couldn't have, Janus isn't exactly up-to-date on Earth's view of things that Aren't Human, but. Well. Matt clearly has no qualms about showing it off so maybe they've progressed?
