Snake’s not some sort of minimalist, he just doesn’t value stuff as much as he values experiences – hence why he documented them on his blog. But carefully. There were never too many specifics about time and location, never detailed descriptions of the creatures he met. He wanted to keep them safe, after all.

He held his hands out low at his sides. “Here I am.” He dropped his arms back down and made his way over to the couch, too. It’s where he’d been before Tiras knocked. Snake didn’t have the preternatural grace of his guest, but he had a lazy fluidity to his own walk. He’s just a chill guy and that oozes through his every look and gesture.
