Oh that was so cute. He was protecting all these creatures that could destroy him just because he was tasty. Tiras wondered if maybe he should give him a gift with his emblem on it so keep other monsters away. Or more just to discourage them from bringing him harm if they came across him. That way Snake could have so many more cute interactions like this and be able to tell him about them in the future.
